俄罗斯新罗西斯克港在遭乌方导弹与无人机袭击后停摆两日，周日已恢复原油装船作业。两艘油轮Arlan与Rodos开始在黑海港口装载原油，标志着这一重要出口枢纽重新运转。本次停摆一度影响全球约2%原油供应，并推动国际油价短线上涨。
此次袭击损伤了港区的两个装卸泊位，并引发局部火情，港口周五随即暂停运营。新罗西斯克港日均处理约220万桶原油，占俄罗斯原油出口量的五分之一。运营方中止收油后，布伦特原油一度上涨逾2%至每桶64.87美元。
卫星图像分析显示，袭击可能还涉及打击当地的S-400防空系统。相关监测机构称，如若属实，这将是冲突爆发以来针对俄防空力量规模最大的攻击之一。
新罗西斯克此次事件是乌方近月来针对俄能源基础设施持续打击行动的一部分，目标包括炼油厂、油库与输油管道，旨在削弱俄方能源创收能力。业内人士表示，该港若长期停运，将迫使西西伯利亚部分油井停产，可能进一步收紧全球供应。
尽管能源资产多次受袭，今年俄方原油加工量仅较去年下降约3%，部分炼厂依靠备用产能维持运营稳定。
