新浪科技讯 11月14日下午消息，近日，在2025新加坡金融科技节圆桌讨论上，腾讯金融科技副总裁洪丹毅提到，越来越多的用户希望在海外旅游或工作中使用自己熟悉的本国电子钱包来进行支付交易。

　　为此，腾讯持续拓展二维码支付网络，一方面，与各个国家和地区的收单机构合作，让微信用户能够在74个国家和地区的热门消费场景直接扫码支付。另一方面，腾讯积极参与建设跨境二维码统一网关“外包内用”，开放内地数千万商户网络，让境外人士来华消费更加便捷。目前，腾讯已经上线或者已签署合作备忘录并即将上线的全球电子钱包，超过40个。

　　他在发言中表示，“尽管跨境活动需求持续增长、跨文化交流需求持续变化，但我们的工作理念始终不变，即保持开放，追求共赢，做‘连接器’，以及始终秉持以用户为本的最高准则。”（罗宁）
