　　万威国际公布，香港弘立科技与Horizon Heights（联席要约人）向接管人收购公司3.12亿股，代价约1.85亿港元，相当于每股作价0.5941港元。完成后，联席要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司股本72.1%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金0.5941港元，较停牌前收报折让68.90%。截止后，联席要约人拟维持股份的上市地位。
