智通财经APP获悉，多点数智(02586)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.51%，报7.64港元，成交额1137.2万港元。
消息面上，11月19日晚，多点数智公告，董事会通过一项决议案，批准公司在股份回购授权范围内以自有资金（不包括公司于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市所筹集的任何所得款项）回购股份。回购期限自董事会批准之日起至公司将于2026年举行之应届股东周年大会结束时止。公司拟将所购回的股份作为库存股处理，未来可根据需要予以注销、出售或转让（包括根据股权激励计划进行转让）。
公告指出，公司目前维持有充足的现金储备，经营性现金流持续向好。截至2025年10月31日，公司的现金及现金等价物结余为人民币9.27亿元，为股份回购提供了坚实保障，不会影响正常生产、经营及长远发展计划。
