JX Energy (HKG:3395) pushed back the long stop date for the issue of nearly 2 million new shares to Dec. 15 from Nov. 15, according to a Nov. 14 filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Shares of the oil and gas explorer were down over 3% in Monday afternoon trading.
The share issuance forms part of an exit package for outgoing CFO Tara Suzanne Leray. The company said the extension was needed to allow more time to satisfy conditions under the agreement.
