格隆汇11月17日丨智傲控股(08282.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，包销协议所载的所有先决条件已获达成，而包销商并无于最后终止时限前终止包销协议。因此，包销协议及供股已于2025年11月11日(星期二)下午4时正成为无条件。总体而言，根据暂定配额通知书及额外申请表格有效接纳及申请的21,811,806股供股股份，相当于供股项下可供认购的供股股份总数19,000,000股约114.80%。因此，供股超额认购额为2,811,806股供股股份，相当于供股项下可供认购的供股股份总数约14.80%。供股的所得款项总额约为1140万港元，估计供股的所得款项净额(经扣除包销佣金及所有其他相关开支)约为1040万港元。
