智通财经APP讯，国际商业数字技术(01782)公布，于2025年11月20日，该公司拟透过配售代理配售最多2800万股配售股份，每股配售股份3.60港元，较较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股3.95港元折让约8.86%。预期配售事项的最高所得净额为9972万港元，约65.18%将用于开发三项全新技术，预期可使公司于APM业务部门为客户提供创新产品与服务，预计于2027年12月31日前全数动用;约20.06%将用于支持公司在取得所需最终监管批准后，以及当扩张机会出现时，于海外市场及时有序地部署虚拟资产服务业务，预计于2027年12月31日前全数动用;约14.76%将用于集团的一般营运资金，预计于2027年12月31日前全数动用。
