消息面上，云迹科技公告，公司已于2025年11月18日向中国证监会提交申请，内容有关将其全部境内未上市股份转换为公司H股。于取得所有相关批准及遵守所有适用法律、法规及规则后，该等未上市股份将转换为H股，而公司将申请批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
公开资料显示，云迹是领先的机器人服务AI赋能技术企业。公司主要提供机器人及功能套件，辅以AI数字化系统的服务。从能够与现实世界互动的机器人，到能够优化决策的AI数字化系统，公司向客户提供适应性强及可扩展的产品及服务。值得注意的是，云迹在中国机器人服务智能体市场处于领先地位。以2024年的收入计，市场规模达人民币37亿元。于2024年，公司以6.3%的国内收入份额位居该市场第一。
