South Korean AX specialist LG CNS (KRX:064400) launched an agentic AI-based customer data platform (CDP) service called Clairvo that automates marketing workflows from customer data analysis to campaign activation.
Marketers can issue simple natural-language commands, and Clairvo's AI agents will collect, integrate, and analyze data. The new service enables users to manage end-to-end marketing tasks via conversational interaction, eliminating the need to navigate multiple systems, LG CNS said Wednesday.
Shares of LG CNS rose more than 2% in recent trade.
