智通财经APP获悉，香港中旅(00308)一度跌超18%，截至发稿，跌15.43%，报1.48港元，成交额5563.06万港元。
消息面上，11月18日，香港中旅实物分派计划除净。每股股份对应一股私人公司(中旅康养度假控股有限公司)股份的基准实施，根据现金替代应就选择现金的股东持有的每一股股份支付0.336港元现金代价。今年10月，香港中旅发布公告，宣布将对其旅游地产业务进行内部重组与分拆，使该业务由私人公司——中旅康养度假控股有限公司持有，及成立私人公司集团，并通过实物分派私人公司股份，将私人公司集团从香港中旅分拆。
分派完成后，私人公司集团将不再是香港中旅的附属公司。在此过程中，股东可根据持股比例收取私人公司股份，或选择现金替代，每股股份支付0.336港元现金，约占公告日前最后一个交易日收市价每股1.53港元的21.96%。预计此次分派将导致合并损益表录得约1.6亿港元的亏损。
