智通财经APP讯，FUTURE BRIGHT(00703)发布公告，于2025年11月20日，本公司全资附属公司佳伟餐饮有限公司(作为租客)订立租赁协议，倘获华竞投资有限公司(业主)加签，业主授予佳伟就该物业重续租赁协议，租期自2026年2月22日至2028年2月21日起计为期两年。
据悉，该物业为香港九龙金巴利道26号及加拿芬道55号金巴利26号商业发展的地下低层商铺，用作以“霸吗拉面”商号经营日式拉面餐厅。
本集团自2016年起于该物业以“霸吗拉面”牌经营特许经营日式拉面餐厅，过往表现大体上令人满意。本公司计划继续经营该餐厅。订立租赁协议将使本集团能够继续于该物业经营餐厅，并避免本集团产生搬迁费用。目前，本公司于香港共有4间“霸吗拉面”餐厅。董事会认为于该物业经营该餐厅将为本集团带来稳定的营业额。
