董事会认为，综合亏损净额增加乃主要由于(其中包括)(i)地基行业竞争激烈，利润率下降;(ii)银行存款利息收入及项目管理费收入减少;(iii)金融资产及合约资产减值亏损增加;及(iv)行政及其他经营开支增加。
