日前，国家税务总局安徽省税务局在电子税务局上线全省水资源税智能申报预填服务。全省1210户纳税人在10月征期实现水资源税智能申报预填。
“纺织企业用水量大且数据实时变动，以前每个申报期前，都要先联系车间统计员导出当月取水台账，登录水利部门监测平台抄录瞬时流量、累计用量等数据，再对照取水许可证信息逐项填入税务申报系统，光是核对取水用途等关键信息就得花40多分钟。现在只要输入许可证编号，取用水信息就能自动导入，省时又方便！”安徽大誉纺织科技有限公司财务负责人江玉霞在顺利使用智能预填功能完成当月水资源税申报后说。
我省税务部门为优化完善水资源税申报，在与水利部门建立健全信息交换机制基础上，推出智能申报预填服务，实现从“取水口”到“申报端”的数据直连。目前，已安装水利部门取用水量在线监测系统的纳税人在进行水资源税申报时，只需选择取水许可证编号便可自动获取本期取用水量，审核确认相关信息后即可申报，申报效率大幅提升。
省税务局有关负责人表示，水资源税智能申报预填服务不仅节约了纳税人的申报时间，更进一步提升了水资源税税源采集基础信息的完整性、准确性，有效避免纳税人因漏填、错填导致申报错误等情况。（记者 汤超）
