智通财经APP获悉，云迹(02670)尾盘再涨5%，截至发稿，涨4.49%，报125.6港元，成交额1405.98万港元。
消息面上，云迹科技公告，公司已于11月18日向中国证监会提交申请，内容有关将其全部境内未上市股份转换为公司H股。于取得所有相关批准及遵守所有适用法律、法规及规则后，该等未上市股份将转换为H股，而公司将申请批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
公开资料显示，云迹致力于构建全球领先的服务智能体生态系统，已落地全球30000多家酒店、医院、工厂、公寓、楼宇等场景，涵盖中东、美洲、韩国、日本、泰国等国家和地区。2024年全年，公司机器人智能体完成了超过5亿次服务。2023年，云迹科技首创具身智能机器人新形态“复合多态机器人-UP”，作为会使用工具、会理解分配任务、可群体协作的复合型机器人，入选工信部首批“综合性5G应用解决方案供应商”。
