EPACK Prefab Technologies Signs Pact for Proposed Capacity Expansion; Shares Up 4%

EPACK Prefab Technologies (NSE:EPACKPEB, BOM:544540) company has entered into a memorandum of understanding to collaborate with MASCOT South Asia, for the proposed capacity expansion of the company's unit in Gujarat, India, according to a filing to the Indian bourses on Thursday.

To company plans to conduct the expansion in three phases. It aims to increase its pre-engineered building (PEB) capacity by around 50,000 tons in the first phase with an investment of 1.10 billion Indian rupees.

The company's current capacity is 133,922 million tons per annum of PEB, 13,10,000 square meters of sandwich panels.

The company's shares were up over 4% in recent trade.
