智通财经APP讯，长盈集团(控股)(00689)发布公告，于2025年11月20日，贷款人EPI ESG Investment (New Zealand) Limited(公司的一家纽西兰间接全资附属公司)与Sequoia Development Limited (借款人、按揭人)及担保人陈一鸣先生订立贷款协议，据此，贷款人同意向借款人提供本金金额为 200万纽元(约 880万港元)的贷款额度，还款期限为十二个月。
贷款人为于纽西兰注册为金融服务提供者(FSP)(实体)的持牌放债人，主要从事提供金融服务，并在信贷合约中可担任债权人。提供贷款额度属于集团日常及一般业务过程中进行的交易。
集团拟通过其业务网络开拓稳定的贷款交易来源，并借着放债业务扩充收入来源。集团的目标是向有良好信贷纪录的借款人在有足够抵押品(以良好质素的物业及资产为佳)作为担保的情况下提供贷款。放债业务的目标客户群是就业务目的有短期资金需要，并可就其借贷提供足够抵押品的个人及公司实体。
