智通财经APP讯，WANG ON GROUP(01222)发布公告，本集团预期将取得回顾期(截至2025年9月30日止6个月)母公司权益持有人应占亏损不多于约3.6亿港元，而截至2024年9月30日止6个月则为母公司权益持有人应占溢利约8580万港元。
母公司权益持有人应占预期亏损主要由于(其中包括)(i)于回顾期内出售一项酒店项目的合营企业20%权益产生的出售亏损;(ii)应占合营企业溢利减少，主要由于商业房地产市场持续低迷;(iii)交付已竣工住宅项目的毛利减少;及(iv) 于回顾期内出售按公平值计入其他全面收益的债务投资产生的已变现亏损，被回顾期内因利率下降导致的融资成本较2024年同期减少所部分抵销。
