智通财经APP讯，IDT INT'L(00167)及联席要约人Horizon Heights Limited、香港弘立科技有限公司联合公布，联席要约人已于2025年10月30日完成向接管人收购约3.124亿股股份，占公司已发行股本约72.1%，总代价约1.856亿港元，相当于每股出售股份0.5941港元。根据收购守则规则26.1，于完成后，联席要约人须就所有已发行股份(联席要约人及与彼等任何一方一致行动的人士已拥有或同意收购者除外)作出强制性无条件现金要约，每股要约股份0.5941港元，较股份于最后交易日联交所所报收市价每股1.91港元折让约68.90%。公司已申请股份自2025年11月18日上午9点起复牌。
