星展集团高级经济学家Chua Han Teng在一份报告中表示，新加坡金融管理局明年料将按兵不动，以在不确定的全球环境中保障灵活性。

　　新加坡高度全球化的经济面临着地缘经济日益碎片化、科技快速进步和气候变化等深刻的全球转变。

　　Chua指出，这些趋势预计将持续到明年。新加坡金管局目前的政策与窄幅的0%产出缺口以及逐步走高的通胀相符。产出缺口是衡量一国经济是否接近其全部产能运行的指标。
