Broadcom (AVGO) said Tuesday it is expanding its partnership with NEC to support broader adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation for modern private cloud deployments.
NEC will implement VCF in its internal systems to build expertise and enhance its VCF-based private cloud and managed service offerings, Broadcom said.
Shares of Broadcom were down 1.2% in recent Tuesday trading.
