11月16日，记者从腾讯获悉，西联汇款（Western Union）与腾讯旗下跨境支付平台TenPay Global达成战略合作，双方结合西联汇款的线下零售网络与TenPay Global的跨境支付科技能力，提升线下数字化跨境汇款体验。

　　据了解，依托微信生态内小程序等数字化工具，双方携手打造“智慧门店”，以提升线下汇款效率。具体操作是，用户通过微信小程序预先录入汇款信息，确认后即可在柜台选择使用现金或支持的数字支付方式完成交易，从而简化传统汇款中繁杂的手写填表环节。首个智慧门店坐落于新加坡牛车水珍珠坊（Peoples Park Complex），是西联汇款在该区域设立的20家分支机构之一。

　　西联汇款亚太区高级副总裁Vince Tallent表示，此次与腾讯的战略合作，为客户带来融合两大生态系统的创新无缝体验。TenPay Global（新加坡）首席执行官杨文汇则表示，依托微信及小程序生态积极推动线下汇款业务的数字化转型，让用户享受更顺畅、紧密且高效的汇款体验，使跨境汇款更加普惠、便捷。
