智通财经APP讯，PACIFIC LEGEND(08547)发布公告，于2025年11月18日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，公司有条件同意配发及发行而认购人有条件同意认购合共1710万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.17港元。
认购价为每股认购股份0.17港元，较股份于认购协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股股份 0.196港元折让约13.27%。
认购股份占公司于本公告日期的现有已发行股本4.17%;及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约4.00%(假设公司的已发行股本自本公告日期起至认购事项完成止并无变动)。
认购事项所得款项将为约290万港元。董事会拟将全部所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金。
