Eroad (NZE:ERD, ASX:ERD) signed a five-year agreement, with an optional three-year extension, to provide comprehensive vehicle monitoring and compliance technologies for Cleanaway Waste Management's (ASX:CWY) fleet of over 3,000 heavy vehicles in Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The deal covers location tracking, dashboard and fatigue cameras, seat shakers, rollover alerts, duress buttons, critical event monitoring, and satellite connectivity for remote vehicles, per the filing.
The contract is expected to deliver over AU$5 million in annual recurring revenue, including fixed annual escalators, with installation currently underway and full implementation anticipated by November 2026, the filing added.
Eroad's New Zealand shares were down about 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
