智通财经APP讯，中港石油(00632)发布公告，本公司于2025年11月20日获告知，本公司控股股东新华石油(香港)有限公司已经与Squadron Funding Capitalization Investor SPV2025,Ltd.(贷款人)订立日期为2025年11月20日的贷款协议，内容有关金额约为1600万港元的无追索权融资安排。根据协议，控股股东须将本公司8000万股普通股(质押股份)存置于贷款人指定的证券行账户，作为贷款人向控股股东授出贷款的担保。贷款的实际金额将视乎质押股份的市价变动而异。
于本公告日期，控股股东直接拥有本公司5.92亿股股份(相当于本公司已发行股本约68.12%)。质押股份相当于本公告日期本公司已发行股本约9.20%。
