智通财经APP讯，中国供应链产业(03708)发布公告，公司正与深圳华强云产业园管理有限公司就位于中国深圳华强云产业园内的办公场所租赁事宜进行洽谈。
若拟租赁最终达成，集团将设立中国大陆总部。设立中国大陆总部是集团深化业务、拓展在世界最具活力经济区域之一的营运能力的重要策略举措。该办公场所将用于以下主要职能：
(1)供应链管理：集中并加强集团端对端供应链营运的管理，提高效率、控制成本，并加强与中国大陆合作伙伴的协作;
(2)孵化中心：作为培育创新专案、策略合作及新业务的专属空间，充分利用深圳充满活力的生态系统;以及
(3)技术研发：“研发”：建立核心研发中心，推动集团的长期创新与技术竞争力。
董事会认为，将这些关键职能集中在全球科技创新中心深圳，将显著提升集团的市场地位，加速其成长，并为股东创造可持续的长期价值。
