Fountain Set's (HKG:0420) chairman and CEO, Liu Xianfu, resigned effective Monday to due to his personal engagements and other business commitments, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The textile manufacturer, on the same day, named Xi Qiang as its new chair and Li Gang as its CEO.
