Singapore's non-oil domestic exports or NODX, grew 22.2% year over year in October, following a 7% increase in the previous month, according to data released by Enterprise Singapore on Monday.
Electronic NODX expanded by 33.2%, with ICs, PCs and PCBs contributing to the increase, the data showed. Non-electronics rose 18.8% on year during the month.
Non-oil re-exports or the NORX expanded by 30.1% year over year in October, extending a 20.2% increase in the previous month.
Total trade increased by 23.2% year over year in October, following a 14.6% expansion in the previous month.
Total exports were up 25.2% in October, compared to a 14.5% rise in the previous month. Meanwhile, total imports rose by 21.0% after a 14.8% increase in the previous month.
