消息人士表示，巴西财政部正考虑扩大其金融交易税（IOF）的征收范围，将本月被央行归类为外汇操作的、使用虚拟资产和稳定币的部分跨境转账纳入其中。目前，加密货币交易无需缴纳金融交易税（IOF）。投资者需对超出每月免税额度的加密资产资本利得缴纳所得税。
