Cuscal (ASX:CCL) received approval from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority for the company's acquisition of Indue, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The deal is expected to be completed by Dec. 1, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 1% in recent Thursday trade.
