智通财经APP讯，广和通(00638)发布公告，2025年11月17日，公司召开第四届战略与投资委员会第六次会议、第四届董事会第十九次会议和第四届监事会第十八次会议，审议通过《关于使用部分自有闲置资金进行委托理财的议案》，同意公司、全资子公司及控股子公司在确保不影响正常生产经营的情况下，使用不超过3.6亿元人民币的自有闲置资金进行委托理财，用于购买安全性高、流动性好、保本或低风险的理财产品，使用期限自2025年11月17日至2026年11月16日。在上述使用期限及额度范围内，资金可以滚动使用，并授权公司董事长在上述额度内行使决策权并签署相关文件，授权期限自2025年11月17日至2026年11月16日。
