路透耶路撒冷11月17日 - Bezeq以色列电信BEZQ.TA周一称，其移动业务部门Pelephone签署了一项初步协议，将以21亿谢克尔(6.52亿美元的现金从Patrick Drahi的Altice International手中收购竞争对手HOT Mobile的全部股权)。

以色列最大的电信集团 Bezeq 在提交给特拉维夫证券交易所的监管文件中表示，签署不具约束力的谅解备忘录后，Pelephone 将有 45 天的时间进行尽职调查并达成收购协议。

在谈判期间，Pelephone 没有排他性。

最终交易将需要一系列批准，包括两家公司董事会、以色列通信部和竞争管理局的批准。

Pelephone 在 7 月份曾向 Altice 提出以高达 20 亿谢克尔的价格收购 HOT Mobile，但未被接受。上周，该公司提高了报价。
