南方财经11月17日电，针对上海市嘉定区马陆镇金地西郊悦章小区“交付不到一年新房外墙大面积脱落”词条冲上微博热搜，11月17日下午，金地集团（600383.SH）上海公司相关人士回应称：目前企业在政府主管部门指导下，积极配合业主做好检测单位的遴选工作，根据检测报告，制定维修方案，并给出了具体的修复时间表。就在前几日，华润置地（01109.HK）沪上热销楼盘“中环置地中心·润府”预看房后，业主提出相关整改意见。不料在沟通会上，华润置地客户关系部门相关领导指示员工摔倒“碰瓷”业主。对此，据业主反馈，11月16日，大场镇政府相关各部门已协调华润与业主代表开会听取诉求。分析人士指出，目前房地产市场还处于调整期，类似问题暴露出部分房企在追求规模与速度的同时，忽视了质量把控与责任担当。若把控不到位，也会影响后续的销售工作。（21世纪经济报道）
