Odaily星球日报讯 白俄罗斯总统 Alexander Lukashenko 在一场能源战略会议上表示，数字资产可作为提升国家经济自主性的工具，并强调比特币及加密货币挖矿有助于降低对白美元主导体系的依赖。他指出，尽管数字资产存在波动性，但在当前地缘政治压力和外汇限制背景下，接纳比特币的收益大于风险。
此前，白俄罗斯已通过第 8 号法令为数字资产活动建立监管框架。Lukashenko 进一步表示，该国充足的电力与工业基础设施为扩大挖矿规模提供了优势，过剩能源可投入加密货币挖矿，以提升收益并增强经济韧性。（Finance Feeds）
