智通财经APP讯，万顺瑞强集团(08427)发布公告，由于市场状况，于2025年11月14日，卖方Wanshun Technology Industrial Group Limited、目标公司深圳万顺叫车云信息技术有限公司及买方Gallant Empire Limited订立终止协议，卖方、目标公司及买方一致同意终止买卖协议，即时生效(终止)。
于终止后，本公司将调整与卖方及目标公司的合作策略。
根据终止协议，订约方所有权利、义务及责任均应终止及解除，且任何一方概不得就收购事项向另一方提出任何申索，惟任何先前违反买卖协议项下任何义务者除外。
董事会认为，终止将不会对本集团现有业务、营运及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
