智通财经APP获悉，星太链集团(00399)早盘跌超70%，截至发稿，跌66.81%，报0.079港元，成交额766.26万港元。
消息面上，星太链集团今早公告，于2025年11月14日，公司接获联交所的函件，通知公司其作出的决定，即经考虑联交所可得资料(包括公司的提呈文件)，根据第13.24条的规定，公司未能维持足够的运营水平和足够价值的资产支持其运营，令其股份得以继续上市，并将根据上市规则第6.01(3)条，于2025年11月26日暂停公司股份买卖，除非公司根据其在第2B章项下的权利申请复核该决定。
经审阅该决定函件，公司董事会已决定要求将该决定提交上市委员会复核，并正在编制相关要求函件。谨此提醒股东及潜在投资者，公司已决定要求复核该决定，惟上市委员会对有关复核的结果并不明朗。
