11月14日，第四届广西“个体工商户服务月”暨“育苗扶壮”提质增效活动在广西壮族自治区南宁市正式启动。

启动仪式上，“政企携手 同心同行”政策礼包正式推出，涵盖稳岗扩岗、创业扶持、减税降费、融资对接、数字赋能等多维度惠企政策，为个体工商户提供全方位支持。同时，“广西经营主体服务网”正式上线运行，并颁发首批“广西市场监管服务监督卡”给个体工商户代表，推动市场监管服务模式从“被动接诉”向“主动服务”转变，实现“一卡知政策、一网通办事、一码解难题”。

此外，活动现场同步点亮“广西个体工商户‘名特优新’地图”，通过打造可识别、可导航、可消费的品牌矩阵，提升“名特优新”品牌影响力。截至目前，全自治区已累计培育新增“名特优新”个体工商户超过850户。

近年来，广西持续完善个体工商户扶持政策体系，深化“放管服”改革，并扎实推进“育苗扶壮”工程，着力健全其从准入到退出的全生命周期服务机制。数据显示，目前广西个体工商户总量已达329万户，占全自治区经营主体总量的71%。
