IT之家 11 月 17 日消息，ASML 当地时间上周三（12 日）宣布其位于韩国华城的园区正式启用，将为韩国半导体生态系统提供进一步的支持。
ASML 华城园区占地面积约为 1.6 万平方米，总投资 2400 亿韩元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 11.61 亿元人民币），是该企业在亚洲的核心基地之一，主要包含两大功能区域：EUV 和 DUV 等光刻机的维修中心、传授尖端技术的培训中心。
ASML 计划通过该园区加强与三星电子、SK 海力士等韩国半导体公司的工艺合作和技术交流，并与韩国材料、零部件、设备公司建立合作生态系统，从而全面开启与韩国半导体产业的双赢合作。
