智通财经APP讯，基石科技控股(08391)发布公告，认购协议的所有条件已于2025年11月17日达成，而认购事项已于2025年11月18日完成。合共1920万股认购股份已根据认购协议的条款及条件，按认购价每股认购股份0.57港元配发及发行予认购人，相当于公司紧随完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股本约1.87%。
所得款项1094万港元的所有拟定用途将用作发展Cornerstone Go旗下电动车充电站的资本开支。公司拟将认购事项所得款项的约40%用作采购电动车充电硬件以及电力设备及部件;及约60%用作电动车充电站的安装及工程。
