智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)发布公告，公司于2025年11月17日接获由International Finance Corporation(呈请人)向香港特别行政区高等法院提交的清盘呈请，要求根据香港法例第32章《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》的条文将公司清盘。呈请乃针对公司一笔金额为人民币2.17亿元的未偿还本金(连同新中水(南京)再生资源投资有限公司(“新中水”，公司的间接非全资附属公司)与呈请人日期为2022年5月20日的贷款协议(经新中水与呈请人日期为2023年7月12日的修订及补充契据修订及补充)及公司以呈请人为受益人作出日期为2022年5月20日的担保所产生的应计利息)而提出。呈请将于2026年1月21日(星期三)举行聆讯。
公司现正寻求法律意见，以厘定就呈请可能采取的行动，从而保障公司及其股东的整体利益。
