Cloudflare Reports Outages. It's Slamming the Stock. -- Barrons.com

Cloudflare stock dropped on Tuesday after the cloud-service provider reported widespread outages, which affected sites including X and ChatGPT.

Shares dropped 3.5% to $195.10 ahead of the opening bell. Futures tracking the S&P 500 were 0.4% lower.

The company said an issue affected many of its customers Tuesday morning. "The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented," Coinbase said in an update shortly after 8 a.m. Eastern time.
