Orix (TYO:8591) unit OFI 01 will acquire all 12.9 million shares tendered for I-NET (TYO:9600) after its offer met the minimum acceptance level, paving the way for a share consolidation that will make the IT services firm a wholly owned unit and delist it from the Tokyo Stock Exchange in early March 2026, according to a Tuesday filing on the local bourse.
Orix said the move will allow it to combine I-NET's data-centre, cloud, digital transformation and space-related operations with its own platform to support expansion.
