CDL Hospitality REIT filed for the listing of SG$150 million worth of 3.70% subordinated perpetual securities on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on Nov. 19, the filing said.
CDL Hospitality REIT is part of CDL Hospitality Trusts (SGX:J85).
