智通财经APP讯，中国信息科技(08178)发布公告，于2025年11月19日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已有条件同意以公司配售代理的身份，按竭诚原则促使不少于六名承配人按配售价每股配售股份0.28港元认购最多1400万股配售股份。
假设于本公告日期至完成日期期间，公司已发行股本概无变动，配售事项项下的配售股份最高数目为1400万股，相当于本公告日期公司现有已发行股本13.90%及公司经悉数配发及发行配售股份而扩大后的已发行股本约12.20%。
配售价每股配售股份0.28港元，较于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.33港元折让约15.15%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额将为392万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及配售事项的其他开支后)将约为382万港元，相当于净配售价每股配售股份约0.27港元。董事拟将所得款项净额用作偿还即将到期债务;及集团的一般营运资金。
