ChainCatcher 消息，Real Vision 联合创始人兼首席执行官 Raoul Pal 发文表示，本周美联储大概率会被迫修水管，以防月末、年末出现资金断裂危机。Crypto 现在就像一只被挤兑的融资工具，价格里全是水管爆了的折价；美股暂时靠回购和年底排名战托着，但若问题不马上解决，2018/19 年的剧本随时重演。更深层的战场在财政部：财政部现在希望通过银行（增加贷款有利于普通民众）来控制流动性，而不是依赖美联储的量化宽松政策。这使得财政政策和货币政策能够在刺激普通民众的关键目标下保持一致，同时又能让华尔街从货币贬值中获益，从而提高抵押品价值。量化宽松政策的利益不会渗透到普通民众手中。流动性管理如今已沦为一场政治博弈，而非货币政策博弈。
Raoul Pal 总结表示，美国决策者将先修水管，再开闸门；资产通胀只是延迟，不会缺席。
