OKURA HOLDINGS（01655）发布公告，于2025年11月14日，本公司与配售代理就配售协议订立补充协议（补充协议），以将完成日期延长至2025年12月1日或之前（或本公司与配售代理可能协定的较后日期）。因此，本公司与配售代理已同意将配售价由每股0.18港元调整至每股0.196港元（经调整配售价）。
本公司已向联交所申请股份自2025年11月17日下午1时起恢复于联交所买卖。
