罚单显示，山东黄金集团财务有限公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：投前调查不尽职、员工行为管理不到位。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局山东监管分局对其罚款200万元。
此外，时任山东黄金集团财务有限公司总经理吴晨被警告；时任山东黄金集团财务有限公司投资银行部经理冯志军被禁止从事银行业工作8年。
