公司拥有人应占亏损同比上升主要由于以下各项负面影响所致：(i)截至2025年9月30日止六个月其他开支增加约890万港元;(ii)截至2025年9月30日止六个月，所得税开支增加约140万港元;(iii)其他收入、其他收益及亏损减少约470万港元，由去年同期约900万港元减少至截至2025年9月30日止六个月约430万港元。所有该等负面影响均盖过收益增加约1130万港元所带来正面影响。
