BUZZ-Australia's Nufarm jumps most in 6 months on earnings beat, CEO transition 

** Australian agribusiness Nufarm Ltd NUF.AX rises as much as 14% to A$2.44, its biggest intraday percentage gain since May 18

** Stock hits its highest level since early September

** Co names Rico Christensen as the new CEO, with Greg Hunt set to step down in January 2026

** Co posts FY Underlying EBITDA of A$302.5 million ($196.90 million) ahead of expectations

** Co expects strong growth in underlying EBITDA in FY26 and net debt levels similar to that seen a year ago

** Earnings beat, better-than-expected leverage and encouraging outlook statement should drive the shares up - brokerage Citi

** Stock down 32.5% this year, including the day's move
