智通财经APP讯，宋都服务(09608)公布，于2025年11月19日(交易时段后)，杭州和宏(公司一间间接全资附属公司)与绿地控股订立意向函，据此，杭州和宏将向绿地控股购买该物业，代价为约664.83万元。该物业位于中国浙江省杭州市萧山区盈丰街道杭州世纪中心2幢(西塔)17 层1702号，建筑面积约228.83平方米。
