智通财经APP讯，保德国际发展(00372)发布公告，与2024年同期的亏损约4800万港元相⽐，集团预期截⾄2025年9⽉30⽇⽌6个⽉将取得亏损不少于约3000万港元。⽽该亏损主要是由于以下因素的综合影响：(i)集团于本期间⽑利润增加，主要原因在于股票经纪业务收⼊增加，促使本期间的⽑利率提⾼;(ii)集团于本期间于AFC Mercury Fund的投资的未变现公平价值亏损较2024年同期减少;及(iii)于本期间并无终⽌⼀间附属公司综合⼊帐的⼀次性净收益，⽽2024年同期取得终⽌⼀间附属公司综合⼊帐的⼀次性净收益约1600万港元。
